Wednesday 17th September
17:00 – 20:30

If you would like to attend, tickets are available on our Ticket Tailor site at the very reasonable price of £12 (Talk UX conference attendees who have a Day-1 Pass, 2-Day Pass already have the party as part of their ticket).

Join us at Lighthouse Project Space for the Talk UX Evening Networking Party. This is a relaxed event for conference attendees and guests from the wider design community to connect, exchange ideas and learn more about Brighton’s creative sector.

  • Network with conference attendees and speakers – discuss the topics from Day 1 of Talk UX and grow your community
  • Discover more about our host, Lighthouse – this arts charity supports and presents the work of creatives who use digital technology in their work
  • Explore our mini-exhibition for Quiet Down There – our charity partner offers people routes to expressing and developing their own creativity, outside of the traditional structures of the arts
  • Boost your knowledge at our book swap – a range of design-related books will be available to pick up. Attendees are welcome to bring books from home as well
  • Unwind at our crafting table – we’ll have a variety of activities and materials available to help you relax and mentally digest the day
  • Tuck into pizza and non-alcoholic drinks – enjoy a range of locally-made pizzas (with options to suit different dietary requirements)

Please note that the Evening Networking Party is a sober event. However, at the end of the evening, attendees are welcome to make their way across the road to UnBarred, an independent brewery that serves a range of craft beers and other beverages.
