I’m a designer and user researcher with more than 20 years of experience. I have worked on prominent companies in Brazil, like PagSeguro, Dasa, and UOL, and abroad, like PayPal. Besides working in the industry, I have researched diversity and inclusion in the design work processes to produce products and services that are better adequate for diverse audiences. This interest of mine led me to collaborate on non-profit initiatives to encourage the participation of women in the tech field and to share design methods and tools with micro and small businesses. I also attended a Master’s degree in Social Anthropology, where I investigated the matters of digital accessibility within tech companies.
