Impacts of digital design and interaction on physiological and psychological stress
Abstract
We often talk about ‘techno-stress’, but what does that actually mean?
UX tends to focus on the cognitive and behavioural aspects of experiences. But what happens to our bodies when we spend increasing amounts of time interacting with digital products and services?
In this session, Louise will unpack some of the ways in which UX design can impact health and wellbeing, sharing clinical insights into the way the body works and UX insights into how to create harm-free interaction designs.
