These terms explain what happens when you buy a ticket to, and attend, Talk UX. Please read them carefully. By buying a ticket, you’re agreeing to these terms.

1. Tickets

  • Tickets are generally considered personal to you and are linked to your name and contact details in TicketTailor. However you can transfer your ticket to someone else if you let us know: brighton@ladiesthatux.com. This can happen on the day.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Tickets are non-refundable except in special circumstances, such as illness, travel issues, extreme weather, etc. This is because as a volunteer organisation we need to cover event costs and keep our admin lean.
    • As a first option we ask that you assign you your ticket to a friend or offer it to the community as a pay-it-forward. We can help find a limited income or student recipient.
    • If you do need to request a refund please write to us at: brighton@ladiesthatux.com
  • We cannot offer refunds for no-shows.

2. Payment

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
  • Ticket prices will increase over time, so booking early is cheaper.
  • We use a secure payment system to protect your financial information. Our payment provider through TicketTailor is Stripe.
